Since I am a newbie in the domain business and even on selling stuff, I am asking for advice from experienced domainers on end-user selling.
Suppose an end-user potential buyer asked me about the price of a domain name, which I offered to sell in a previous email and then I replayed with a price of US$ 1800.
He then sends me an email making a counter-offer of US$ 1300. If I, internally, agree with his counter-offer, how should I reply to him ?
I imagine that if I promptly reply agreeing with his proposal without showing some resistance he could think that he could lower even further his counter-offer.
On the other side, if I refuse his counter-offer and propose a price, midway between our prices, he might give up.
What should I do ?
