In the rare case that a .com domain has been sold below its value, can a .co be more expensive or at least have the same sales price ?

It really depends on who's buying the .co and when the .com was sold. If someone can't get the .com because it was sold for a small amount 15 years ago then sure the .co can sell for more than the historic price. The .co might not be worth more than the .com, but the sales price can be higher because the .com sold a long time ago when prices were low.
What are you trying to work out? If a .co is worth more than a .com? If so then the answer's no without other factors coming into play to make it so.
Rubbish. or better : do not agree..CO price = 5% of price .COM
I see more and more companies and web brands using .co instead of com
