Sorry for not replying, been quite busy the last few days both on and offline. I've decided to keep the domain name AreaX.com so I'm about to start one of these threads myself with details of sigs and stuff. I'll push the domain over this afernoon, I think I have your account details already.

Well, I still have not received the balance domains. homemom.info expires today, but kwakkwak had no access to the domain at GD (was moved from regfly...) so I guess that's gone.

tres has not logged on since the auction. Must be on vacation.

Have sent a mail to FunkyDog, with a cc to RJ, hopefully there will be some action on that. Sadly, one domain has had the contact details changed, all others have recently acquired privacy... I'm just hoping that has nothing to do with this.

It's been almost a month since the payment was made for my purchases on the charity auction.

However, some people have not sent in their pledged domains/etc -

FunkyDog - Auctdomains.com, regyourdomains.com, tonebasket.com + fara.info + egal.info - pms and email sent to [email protected] - no response. Was online 12 SEP 07 - No Response - Added to ignore list + Reported to RJ.

MyspacePromos - 25 forum posts - responded, but not done. Was online 23 SEP 07 - No Response - Added to ignore list

tres - bargaintrunk.com - was online a few days back, no response. Was online 04 SEP 07 - No Response - Added to ignore list

kwakkwak - homemom.info - online today, pm sent, no response. Was online today, I even offered to pay renewal fee for domain, but no response. Added to ignore list

DotSauce - has offered me on advertising on his site instead of the link. This is acceptable and has been accepted. Thanks.

Hope NP management can look into this and take the appropriate action.

There's very little the management can do for people who don't keep the word and since it's technically not fraud...I do appreciate the responses from both RJ and Morphmaster.

But maybe NP management should have some sort of system to track pledges, payments and deliveries for their charity auctions. That way, they know who to trust and who not to... I learn't the hard way.

But I must say I'm really disappointed with people who don't keep their word.

Where I come from, giving your word is worth a lot more than any amount of money. In fact one NP members site is http://mywordismybond.com - the only thing helping you sell online is a good online rep. And things like this don't really help.

But there is a silver lining to all this. At least all the funds donated by me went to a worthy cause. So I take my satisfaction from that. I've added these people to my ignore list...if they want to respond they can do so in this thread itself.

As far as I'm concerned, this topic is closed and we move on...

MWZD - You did a great thing, and simply put, got screwed.

I can't do much for the domains, but let me know, and I'll do the 25 forum posts.
