Interbasic Holding S.A. Files UDRP To Steal ZUT.com

UDRP needs to be reformed.

It was designed to stop obvious abuses of TMs.

It was not designed as a cheap lottery ticket to steal obvious generic domains.

There needs to be major penalties for bringing frivolous claims like this.

If they succeed with this then we can call it LEGAL THEFT.

They also filed a UDRP for elsaschiaparelli.com – They have a tm for Schiaparelli.
and...they also filed a case for Shocking.com (they have a "shocking" perfume aswell...)

Well, because it meets the minimum requirements. Time will tell how this one goes.

It's not always fair, though UDRP mainly does the job of addressing arguably no-brainer cybersquatting cases. OTOH, I agree it ought to be modified to adapt to the times.

My question is, how many "terrible injustice" came forth from any of the UDRP decisions in the past? I mean, a decision that you strongly believed was wrong.

I scanned that UDRP Wall of Shame list, from the titles alone, it does look disgusting. haven't read all of them, but sampled "MothersMilk.COM".

I did find it baffling that a previous decision made by a judge, can be reversed by another judge simply by refiling the same identical complaint??? WTF? LOL

Francois might be served better if he would rewrite the sales page, and point out the current UDRP launched by Interbasic Holding S.A as domain hijacking, corporate thiefs. By educating the public, on such topics found at http://udrpwallofshame.com/ and more may help the case?
