4000 euro offer for Freelance.pro

IMO it's not a bad offer given the weakness of the TLD.
I don't even think the .biz would fetch more.
Now this one could be developed as it is fairly decent. Just think how much effort it would take to make 4000 euros and ponder whether you will still get offers like that in the future.

But if you don't need money, hold it for more years...I bet in 4 years this domain will worth 6k euros or more...

Sell the .pro and pick up a sweet .com or two during this depressed market! For that money you can get a .com with type in traffic, which the .pro will probably never have.

I checked some of my old Sedo listings and updated some prices. The 1 word generics are no longer under $300 lol.

Hey Zuriko, have your sales been in DNJournal? We could use the press! :hehe:

I'd hang on to it. The freelance keyword is huge and can be developed into a very big property. What is more, both the keyword and extension goes real well. You'll have to understand there are mega domainers on this forum and many of them stick with their "tlds". .Pro might not be doing well for others but that doesn't mean you should sell out right now. Why? it's a premium keyword IMO.

Then consider the fact that if you're being offered $4k for just the domain alone.... why not double or tripple your sale by developing that property. An auction freelance site or some directory that is ready for the pros. That could stem anywhere from Writers, Legal, Design, Programming and so much more.

Turn your $4k sale into a $20k sale. It's been done many times before and it's the way things are going so it seems. So my advice is if you've got the time, and not in a rush to earn $4k, I would hold on to it, develop it and entertain more serious offers.

i would counter offer with 7-15K gl to you.. you own a Premium Keyword, the buyer needs it.. so take advantage but don't get to greedy...
