How to play youtube without logo

Is it possible to remove the youtube logo from the jeroenwijering flash player or any other flash player that you may know about?

Note: youtubeflashplayer.com does not seem to work anymore.

im sure there is a way to do it using their bandwidth but not sure how
but i know you can download the fla file and upload it to your server and embed it in your player and it will NOT have a watermark
if i find something on how to embed it from their source ill let you know
I think you just gotta strip/find the fla file source sum how most likely the same way the youtube download sites do it

Thank you eFingerz, what you have mentioned is working for sure but extracting the fla file from the video and uploading it to the server is fine and for sure working without logo but besides of the fact that this is a time/space consuming procedure, it may not be legal because youtube allow you to embed their video as an embedded link or may be downloading it for your personal use only but I am not sure.
I found youtubeflashplayer.com to be really easy and yet fast to play youtube without logo and yet without downloading but unfortunately it does not work anymore ...

yea you just need to find the source they used
the reason it was fast was probably using you tubes servers
witch im not sure if its legal but the white house is doing it
