We have two parties here selling the same software, both claiming full rights. I'm not clear on what your working arangement was together. Is it possible that you both acquired rights to the source?

Generally, when someone contracts another party to do a specific job for them, the hiring party receives 100% ownership of the resulting property. But it sounds as if Feras may have let Jason know ahead of time that he was planning on reselling it as well. What's the case?

That is correct. I told him ahead of time that he will not have resell rights to it, and would be allowed to use it on 1 domain, but if he asked I might let him do more domains. He agreed and said he didn't care about resell rights, and now he is going back on his word.

If you think you coded this game csmaster, your wrong big time. I own this game, and you do not own this source code, because you did not make it, i made it because you where to lazy to fix the bugs in your source code, even after i paid you guys a extra $100.

I will though sell this code untill i have the money that was ripped off from me. Your coding is poor, and for the other code, you did not tell me you cannot resell the code, or use it on only 1 day. Maybe next time when you sell a code, make the person sign a contract, this way you can backup the shit you say. Because i went on scriptlance, and i paid you to build this game from scratch, which you did, which i now own and in reality, you sould not be reselling this game on me, but i cannot stop you because there is no contract and there wouldnt be enough proof to file a lawsuit agaisnt you.

Same as you could not file a lawsuit agaisnt me, unless you where retarded and think you could win a case like this.

You might as well drop the topic, and let it go, because i am not going to stop selling copies untill i am happy with the money i got ripped off from me.

Maybe next time you wont be such a asshole when i ask you to fix bugs in a source code i paid $700 for you to make. Which is alot, and now your selling it for $90 bucks a piece, making the market for this game go down hill. Thanks prick.

Hmmm.. I also paid for a SR clone ($500), which I was told wasn't going to be resold, and which is now up for sale for $300 a copy here by csmaster2005.

It's resolved with me. Feras thought that he'd already asked me and that I'd get 70%, but we'd been discussing percentages regarding another site also, and he had forgot. Everything is good on my part. :tu:
