If your adsense is accurate at $4-$5 / month, that means you are asking 20-25 times earnings, almost twice what these sites typically sell for - why do you feel this site deserves such a premium ?

Because the site is an Exact match domain.

Moreover i have done many customizations to the original script like Facebook comments, ad in articles and many other.

And i have also removed the vulnerabilities that are present in the original articlesetup script with which it is made.
