Established Image host for sale - around 300 hits per day!

I am selling my image hosting site. Its got a nice short domain and it comes with the script which costs 65$ to buy (I am transferring my license to the buyer). I have done some light SEO work on the actual site but no link building yet. No ads on it yet so no revenue but traffic is pretty good and growing, see screenshot here, my host was changing server so there was a fall in traffic for those few days as you can see in the screenshot. Starting this at $40 which is less the the cost of the script which you get so very cheap starting bid just to kick things off.
