Well, that's the first reason. Because I cannot manage my own domain.
I ask you for information to transfer my domain and you want to know why
instead of providing your customer what I asked for.
The second reason is because you've published my user login on the whois
under the registrant information.
The third reason is that last year there were problems when renewing.
The fourth reason is that I have my own directi reseller program.
The fifth reason is because I want to transfer.
The sixth reason is that I sold a domain out of my account and all of my
whois changed and was like that for several months til I noticed.
Now, I've sent in a support ticket asking you to provide me with some
information. Instead of doing this, you want to know why. I'm a
technology blogger specializing in the area of Domain Registrars. When
I write, people listen. When you have a customer that asks for
information so he or she can transfer, first you provide the information
you are required under the ICANN agreement, then you can ask questions.
Now, I will repeat myself. Here is what I want and I want it quickly
before I get upset.
1. Unlock all of my domain names.
2. Provide EPP Codes for all my domain names.
Both of the above I should be able to do without asking. I don't want
questions, I want what I ask for first.
I would highly advise you provide me with the information requested.
