really interesting...thanks very much for posting. The best part is the video at the end showing the bidding of ad.com. Why one would spend so much for a name only to now park it at sedo is beyond me...

^ LOL just seen that it is parked, that is wierd maybe its still in development or whoever bought it is just holding it as a future investment
like 5 years down the line maybe can get double what was paid easy...

Here is why, I think.

copper, thanks for the info, had no idea the problems that arose after ad.com was sold. From what the article you linked to said, I'm not so sure I can blame Skenzo for wanting out of the deal. There seem to be way to many tm issues that need to be resolved before that name can even be considered to be sold to a new owner.

I think that's what he/she want, but, at top price.
Why else would owner list owners of LL domains.

It's like saying...
Look at all these huge companies who use LL domain names!
We have VB. Are you big and bold enough to acquire VB and
join these group of big companies who use LL domain name.
