Hello....I`m sure I had 1 backorder at Godaddy that did not use because I did not need it....I tried a few times to b ackorder something with that order but goDaddy was not successfull. I think I paid $19 or $20 for that backorder credit 1 year ago.....but it`s not longer in my account.

Do they expire???

Thanks

I think that GoDaddy should not put an expiry date on a service that we don`t use.........or that we have not used because they are not able to be successfull, it`s like if our money has an expiry date on it.

It`s really unfair, I`ll complain about it with their customer service.

Disclosure

You are paying for a service. Having a one year limit on it seems reasonable, however, godaddy should disclose what percentage of .com, .net., .us, etc. backorders are actually filled. One could argue that a .001% (I guessed at this rate) success rate for .com backorders is tantamount to no backorder success at all. So Godaddy's charging money for a service that is virtually nonexistent amounts to a deceptive business practice, or unfair business practice.

we should ask a formal refund to Mr Parsons, he likes to use blogs to complain about thing that don`t work and are unfair......why don`t we go in his blog asking for the same?

Who can write a formal complain regarding this issue in perfect English grammar?

Thanks
