I am not familiar with .asia much and I don't even know what this domain means.
So for that reason I might have to agree with snicksnack.
If I knew the meaning possibly more, not sure.

In fact every domain I search for, around 90% are taken in all extensions + all popular cctld except .asia.
I own 1 .asia domain only, not sure if I will gamble on more!

Not exactly reg fee, but not much either for resellers.
.asia is a pretty much dead ext and the city is neither that big, though it is filled with businessmen.
So maybe you might get lucky with an end-user.

The problem is with the extension; I do not see any value in it at all.

I checked all major asian cities and they're all taken in .asia (even those with a population much lower than Ahmedabad's). I'm no expert in .asia (I only have a bunch of them), but I think I can say that, if an asian city with 4,000,000 inhabitants is regfee in .asia, nearly no domain name can be called a premium in this extension.

I don't know the city. But just base on the population alone, I can say, its not registration fee. Reason is it fits extension perfectly.

1-properties for rent/sale
2-travel tours
3-online classify ads

Are you in India the poet? Have you tried printing flyers and advertise it? I think you could easily get 1-5K to end users, especially property developers, who may be willing to pay more. You can make a very lucrative site with just buy and selling properties in that city.

Don't you agree? Property for sale/renting etc.,?

Do you need real development? I am opening up my own development company in 2011, we could partner up or I can give you a really low price on development.

I think its a very nice domain, the problem I see is, you are having it parked...which diminishes what potential buyers can see in it.

For reseller I can see at least 10% of the end user price. Which is worth at least $100. NO kidding.

It is not registration fee for reseller, and definitely not for end users.
