Contest End Date & Time: 10 days, February 16, 2013 9:00 PM EST

Format Requirements: jpeg and vector.

Style Requirements: Strong, clean, non-cartoonish. May focus on "SEC"

General Requirements: This logo will be for a professional security company offering security training and emergency preparedness consulting. Image to be used for marketing materials including website, business cards, apparel, etc…Please avoid elementary imagery such as shields, badges, eagles, bouncers, locks, or stop signs.

Note: Winning designer will execute Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement assigning all rights to image prior to payment.

For good references/examples, check out the largest law, accounting, and financial advising firms' logos. More emphasis should be on the professional service than the fact that it is a security firm. Understated, strong, clean, almost minimalistic imagery.

Softcreation - I really like what you have going. Can you clean up the SEC portion, making it a little easier to read?

Catfish - I really like your layout. Perhaps swap out the castle image and insert some form of "SEC"
