I have not received a response to any of my e-mails from the 21st as well.

I have paid $160 for a PHPLD template and they are already 14 days late in delivery, it's getting ridiculous, I expected much more from them...

I am getting worried...

Paid 1000 for 10 websites on sept 3 , but never put down a deadline, and you guys already cry when you wait 2 weeks?
Patience.
Hope not that the biggest complainers get helped first, would disappoint me.

It would appear that Mike is a victim of his own success.

A good product but "customer satisfaction" leaves a lot to be desired. Mike, you must let individuals know what is happening, directly - give a completion date or let customers know what the problem is- and regular updates.

Much better to contact clients first with apologies or whatever- leave them hanging in mid air and they will likely get peed off, which appears to be happening.

BTW - happy with what you have done so far- just waiting for finalization on the recent project (from 30th August)

Guys he had a huge hurricane and can only imagine all of those challenges and personal challenges like getting power.

Yes delays suck. But due to his success, hurricane issues, moving issues you guys can be a much. Not looking to start a debate here.

Maybe he should be calling customers. I am sure he will.

I'm 100 percent of confident.

So at least he is posting on thread, fixing things up and giving everyone heads up.

We have seen all of his work and his work is top notch.

Again just my 2 cents and believe in mike 100 percent.

The delay is not my problem, the lack of response is.

I can deal with a delay if I know what is going on.

Mike,

Maybe a good course of action is to temporarily stop taking new orders and finish the ones you received money for already. It seems there's a pretty big line of customers waiting for their sites and all of us deserve at least some schedule for work completion. If you cannot complete customer's work in a reasonable time period, I think you should start issuing refunds.

Mike,

When can we expect to be updated individually about our projects? I can appreciate your delays, but I think everyone disserves a fair and honest answer in this regard. Several of us are waiting on email responses for well over a week now.

I don't think a status update is that hard to be honest. Delays happen, but I think what everyone wants here is better communication.

I have just received my project AND...

I AM SOOOO DISSAPOINTED and ANGRY that I just don't know how to express it by words, Honestly.

I have waited a month and been through so many delays just for a PHPLD template to be made for me with the theme of IPHONE Unlocking Solutions.

I have given Mike few sample sites that I liked which are:

He then promised to deliver a template which will by far exceed my expectations and will 100% satisfy me.

I have even given him a FREE template that I have found and told him that I liked it and wanted something with the same style.

This template is simply awful and not up to any professional company's standards.
It's an exact CLONE of the FREE template I showed you only with some color overlays.

The funny thing is that after a month of delays, I have asked for a refund and amazingly enough, few hours later my "template" was ready.

I do not want to be credited $160 for any of your services, I just want a refund, I have had enough of this already and am already behind schedule because of you.

I understand you've been through rough times but it's gotten to a point where I cannot be nice anymore, I'm sorry.

Delay notices have been addressed.

Idan, your response is expected gaging the progressive and surprisingly harassing e-mails that have been submitted on your behalf. I honestly feel that due to the tone of the past weeks' communication here at NamePros that much is being perceived, viewed, and expected to have a failed outcome. When a customer specifies to keep a layout structure similar to a provided template this is noted and built on; additionally, giving the project its desired result is where the unlimited revisions come in to play.

The timing of the delivery of your project is not relevant to your request for a refund. Furthermore, refunds are issued before work is arranged and content is provided from the customer as at this point no service oriented work has been engaged; much of the incentives and special rates given to NamePros members is that due to the usual willingness and effort to achieve a desired goal/result that always makes itself apparent. In your case asking a refund to be issued after or near the delivery mark is not something we can provide.

Allowing us to honor our usual service process of implementing revisions to your standard and product outcome will achieve your desired result; this is always the customers choice.

I did not ask you to CLONE that template and why if I gave you 3 designs that I liked, you chose the FREE one that I gave you? I told you I liked them all and for some reason you only used the FREE template.

I have been polite and patient in all of our conversations and I don't mind even copying and pasting the support ticket discussion that we had in your CP, You'll see that I've been patient and polite.

I will be happy to edit my post after a refund will be given.

Now, Where do you see ANYTHING related to this in your template?


Now, the refund is NOT open to negotiations, I am not going to wait 1 more month for another similar template, especially not when I saw the results AND I know how much work you need to do for other poor customers who also paid.

You have been overdue FEW times, Given me a poor quality template and now you're not willing to provide a refund?!?!

STAY AWAY FROM VESSIO!

I have stated and offered you extremely fair resolution upon delivery of files within your (cp) as well as stated what circumstances refunds are to be issued. I do apologize that your initial expectations were not met; however can not stress enough how essential revisioning any design based project has on the desired outcome; this is absolutely made available to you. Your refusal to allow us to implement any changes to your file-set and your repeated strongarm approach will only result in a standstill on the operation of our usual procedures.

Please state your response to your active ticket in your (cp) to initiate your preference, and we will be more than glad to support your request.
