In order to organize the service presentation and discussion, as well provide some better pre-sale questions and replies to customers from NamePros.com, i'm creating this thread. Parking Revolution is the newest approach on domain parking, but, with a little twist: you're not building plain ugly pages full of links, you're transforming your domains into complete websites.

Everyone agrees: developing your domains is much better than parking them. But, everyone also agrees that developing domains takes too much time and money, and sometimes, you don't have both. Parking was always the best choice due to the ease of use. However, a parked domain is a single ugly page, with lot's of links and literally no content. I doubt that you, as an internet user, ever clicked or followed one of those links in parked pages.

So, why can't we have both? Develop our domains with the ease of use of the domain parking system. We'll, we can. That's what Parking Revolution is all about. Develop your domains easily, without having to worry with programming languages (HTML? Eek!) or spending whole nights trying to create & host your websites. With a few clicks, you can build complete websites with relevant content. If you have a domain about baseball, you can have a website about baseball with Parking Revolution. You choose the website name, the website keyword (baseball) and a few other data and your website is ready to go.

Guys, Parking Revolution just got updated. We introduced some features and made some fixes:

Bulk parking is now available (still beta, based on suggestions made by netmeg and DNBlogger.com)
Better popup system with PPC ads on every popup window
Faster gallery and tag cloud
Fixed some bugs in the default template and control panel
Fixed some problems in the domain management area

The bulk parking feature allows you to park up to 100 domains at the same time. You must use an bulk-parking formatted list, that looks like this:

Code:

domain.com|keyword
domain2.com|keyword2
domain3.com|keyword3

You must insert your domains, followed by the domain keyword. The domain keyword is the subject of the domain. Parking Revolution will create an website based on that subject. For example: MetallicaFans.com. The domain keyword would be "metallica".

Phio, have you gone through the configuration wizard? Please, follow the instructions emailed to you carefully. Parking Revolution is different from other parking process, so you might get a little confused at first.

I understand the problem of domainers with 1000s of domains... and we're working on affordable solutions. However, as is, Parking Revolution is already a great, fast and cheap solution. If you spend 15 minutes per day, parking about 10 domains on Parking Revolution, you will get great results on those domains.

Since it's Christmas time why don't you give us name pro members that want to give it a try the first 30days free or at least until Jan to give it a try. I'm willing to move 50 - 100 domains. If it works for me you'll have a customer.

I can guarantee that there is no protection script. Just check the source and see if there is any javascript for that. There is none, sir. I'm able to use the "View source" and right click on both FF and IE, as well Chrome.

L2 - I can view the source on those pages from both FF and IE7 just fine. They do take a while to load though, so possibly your browser needs time to process the whole page?

Nope. You can check between the HEAD tags and you'll see absolutely no javascript "protection".

The pages are a little slow right now because i'm tweaking some options in the server and making some bulk processes. Everything should be back to normal soon.

By the way, netmeg, you had the chance to look on the bulk parking feature? It's still beta and i wanted to hear some feedback from users that will be putting that to work.

No, I haven't - the week before Christmas I have tons of cleaning and cooking and baking and shopping and wrapping to do, no time to play with domains.

These are the things I need to be able to edit in a spreadsheet in order to deal with domains on a bulk basis:

domain name | domain capitalization | keyword | title | meta description | keywords | for sale flag | for sale message | for sale url

At a minimum. If that looks familiar, it's because that's what Parked just added, and it's made my life a ton easier - and why it will be a very tough sell in the future to get me or my domains away from there.

I'm just sayin'
