I am a coder with roughly 24 years experience from LAMP to Dialers to Marketing. BUT I suck as a designer, I am analytical not artistic.

I am looking for a serious web designer that wants to team up. I am broke and trying to start over from scratch, not looking for employment entirely but I am looking for someone that can take my work and make it "nice looking". So I will take work but I would like to consider a startup with a skilled Web Designer.... that does not need a CMS to design. I hand code from scratcha nd put emphasis on quality.

I am at rock bottom so seeking another who understands the grind and the need to stick together to survive in this over-saturated and overly spammy market.
