I have a static HTML site than I'm converting to WP.
Ideally I'd like the identical html design implemented in WP, or you can edit an existing design or even use a framework.
The tricky part is that the homepage needs to hold an swf and the inside pages images (swf/img are same size), so you'd need to know a bit of php to get this done right.
