The site I am looking to get done is www.biggest-loser.net

My main focus is generating a high CTR on my YPN ads and of course looking good.

I would need a great spot for The Biggest Loser Club banner on the site. (its located in top left corner right now).

Also the names of the contestants I need in a better location and looking better.

Would love if you could incorperate the style that this site has in terms of ad placement.

If you can get a header bar going across the screen where I can put my links (home, forums, blog, ect) and also have room for 3 ads that would be great. Again I am looking for max CTR on the ads.

Let me know if you can do all this and have some ideas and can be done very quicky. Also my budget is around $100.
