No bad news. Spammer spams, host kills account, spammer moves, downtime... 5 minutes or less.... Not good, they just keep on helping spammers. :(

Also, what do you mean by it helping spammers... it really wouldn't help that much

I don't se a serious spamming issue. Sure, with this move a banned spammer can easily move his domain to a different IP. But a spammer can do that now with org/biz/info/us and I don't see it being particularly problematic.

For legit businesses, this will mean that when your host goes down, you can immediately decide to move your site and email elsewhere, and it will resolve very quickly.
