By my calculations, it should be 10pm GMT. But I've just this minute woke up so you should maybe give it a mistake buffer of about 2 hours each way .

Pacific is GMT-8, so GMT should be 10 PM like Mateja said,

EST is GMT - 5
EDT is GMT - 4 (Daylight)

British Time is GMT
British Summer Time is GMT + 1

London is on Summer Time, Which throws this all off..

It's actually 9PM UTC/GMT (without summer-daylight adjustment)

So if you do not have to set your clocks forward or back every year (no "Summer Time"), then figure on 9PM "GMT"

But it is 10PM British Summer Time, as many people think of as GMT..

For example, the board time is ACTUALLY GMT -4 hours.

Iceland does not observe "Summer Time", and is in the "GMT" time zone.

The chat will begin at 9PM Iceland Time, but 10PM London Time.

Another Example:

Arizona does not observe Daylight Saving Time.

During the Summer, most of the Mountain Time Zone shifts from GMT - 7 to GMT - 6. This is the switch from Mountain Standard Time to Mountain Daylight Time

Arizona stays at Mountain Standard Time. It does NOT "switch time zones".

The effect is, Arizona and Nevada (or California) are one hour apart during the winter, when everyone observe's Summer Time.

In the summer, because Arizona "stays behind", Arizona and Nevada (and California) all have the same time. But Arizona is on Mountain Standard, and California, Nevada and others are no Pacific Daylight...
