Nascar Trademark issues?

probably... whats the name and can we see the site if possible?

i would think there would be trademark issues there . JMO

Haven't registered the name. Was thinking about regging a couple of Nascar combinations, but will take a pass due to potential TM issues. Thought that might be the case but was unsure due to name having an org/ assoc context (vs corp or inc).
TX. The names in mind aren't worth having to deal w/ a conflict. (Gotta choose ones battles carefully).

If you do register possible trademark problematic names, you should probably sell them fast and let someone else deal with the risk.

Names with TM issues are fast profit makers

I own NascarGift.com and even registered to affiliate with nascar.com

I don't thin it's a problem. Othersise, they would not approve.
