What are the best social bookmarking sites for SEO?

I'm trying to promote my website by social bookmarking the content on my site? Which social bookmarking site should I spend my time on? And does anyone have any tips on the best practices or strategies for this type of search engine

Most quality social bookmarking sites have nofollow links, which are useless for SEO. Those who have dofollow links are mostly saturated with spammy links.
Conclusion: social bookmarking sites are not such a good idea for SEO

don't you know that social bookmarking is another way to generate more traffic for your website?.. for me, the best social bookmarking are delicious, digg, propeller and stumbleupon.

I use digg and stumbleupon the most,but the most important thing if want to get the most from the bookmarking site, you should be active on such sites...

DoFollow social bookmarking sites are the best because they tell search engines to count your link, which in return gives your link a higher page rank and SERP. You can check the blog in my signature for a list of Do-Follow social bookmarking sites.

If you just have to have Some traffic on your site then i suggest you to Use , Digg, Delicious , Stumbleupon, Myspace, Facebook

But if you Want to have Traffic + Back links for your site , then use Folkd.com , mixx.com , spicypages, Connotea, Blinklist, Indian Pad And Propeller These Are best Sites And i suggest you to use all of them , don't think much about dofollow and nodofollow .
