Floating div problem

Hi there peeps, Can anyone spot what is wrong with this div in firefox. It works fine in IE so you can see whay its supposed to look like.

The div #banner seems to start before the two floating divs. I can kind of understand why but Just don't have a clue how to fix it. You'll be able to see what I mean if you remove the float value from #indexSideBox. If anyone knows how to sort this across browsers please drop a line.

Heres a quick link.(Sorry about the CSS mess)
