Need a basic Script

I need this basic script, where the user is able to login, and then see how many items he has purchased (and it doesnt have to link to any thing meaning doesnt have to get linked to oscommerce, etc. doesnt have to get linked to nothing just admin edits the stuff)

Let me just get into more detail:

I am doing unlocking phones stuff, so if a user wants to see what he previously had got stuff unlocked from me, he can check teh website login, and see what he has gotten unlocked from me etc.! i am willing to pay a small amount a freebie will be great, a big thanks will be given. I really need this asap!

The script seems very basic, so shouldnt be alot, just throw mea offer how much you will make it for, and give me a test demo, tell me thanks

It seems to me that nothing on the users end needs to be secure. The user just needs to see how many unlocks he's had right?

And you just want a means to post these unlocks without having to pull up an HTML editor and FTP'ing it to the server?
