Flash player loading error! Help please

I purchased a video site and installed on my server. Everything works fine accept the video player. The video player is not loading properly, always shows a "Loading..." message and no controls are displaying.

Does any body have any idea about this error? Is that server error or script error?

you probably need to give more info than that, just a bit too vague.

have you tried contacting the person or people you bought it from?
