dynamic includes

Hello, my question is on how to use a dynamic include in a link. I know how to use a basic include but am wondering how would i use one to link into another table. An example is i want the link menu in one table but want the link to load in another table. Hopefully you guys can help me Thanks

And why are you using tables?
