Beginner help

I have started to design my site, it is just a basic set up using HTML. I am using Dreamweaver to create the site currently but am stuck on a simple thing, which i have done before which makes it even worse!

Basically i am in the "layout" tab and have selected "Draw layout cell" i have got the overall look that i am after - the basic structure but i wont to add a small border to the layout cell as the layout cell is in a grey so i would like a white border around it to tidy it up/seperate parts.

Does anybody know how i would do this?

P.S sorry for the amateurish question

Realised what i was doing wrong now, was using "Draw layout cell" not "layout table" mods feel free to delete thread
