CSS troubles :(

I was coding and developing a template @ www.bignoobs.com/darfur
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/programming/229096-css-troubles.html

and all the columns came out fine until I added the php script for the main section. At first (w/o the PHP) there were 3 columns left with two boxes, and then the right with the quicklinks box. It was aligned and padded perfectly.
NOw with the PHP script included the quicklinks box (set to float:left appears under the left column as if there weren't enough space for it on the right. I've tried everything from float right to adjusting the container size (and the hold size.) Anyone that can help Please do!

I can't give you all the scripting here but if you are good with CSS and XHTML please PM me.
