Sad IR generated mouseover JS code not working

Hey guys,

On my forums - for some reason the menu buttons on top do not change like they should when you mouseover them.

The little buttons (as circled below) are the ones that should be 'mouseovering'.

I don't know why they aren't working:
- I used Adobe ImageReady's generated coding (which worked on my PC fine).
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/programming/157945-ir-generated-mouseover-javascript-code-not.html
- I put the JavaScript coding inbetween the <head> </head> tags like I was supposed to.
- The paths to the images that should change on mouseover are correct.

This is really putting me in a dilemma because I've looked over the coding time after time after time and I can't get it to work. Does anyone know why my mouseovers are not working?
If anyone can supply a direct solution and figure out the problem, I'll offer some NP$.

Thank you guys,
Andy
