Navbar CSS Help?

I am working on a project for a group on campus:

http://www.bryannorthey.com/pse/

You will notice if you are on the main page everything looks fine. The only other link I have worked on, About Us, does not auto extend the navbar. I tried to fool the viewer by having the background black, but then the main page looks off. Is there a way to get the navbar to slide down with the content? I have it in the same container.

Please help.

EDIT: I tried using min-height, but IE does not like it. Almost ready, but I need to find a real working min-height fix.

EDIT, EDIT: FIXED
