.tv Name.tv sold for $4,888 USD

Honestly Name.TV went cheap in my opinion, I just think it was worth a lot more because it has huge potential lucky for the buyer.

I recall Polin picked this up and sold it for about $2500, so not a bad return.

....or it could be to do with the fact they are selling thousands more .Tv names now than they were this time last year.!!!

Look at their front page. The mere fact they give space to .TV means they are making money from it. And as .TV margins are so tight that must be down to volume sales.

Yeah, .TV is advertised on the homepage right behind (2) more prominent .TEL ads.

.CO and .MX are on there as well. I guess they don't need to advertise the more prominent extensions.

The margins from .tel and .MX are fairly massive in comparison with those from .TV

To make money from .TV you have to be selling VOLUME.
