I read about it today in the USA Today newspaper. The business section was chalk full of Net/Mobile Phone TV articles. Sprint is going to be offering TV video clips soon as a regular service.

Att.tv (they own it) is operational although it directs to a .com. Nothing happening on Atttv.com.
