ATTORNEY.MOBI Illegal Auction?

I typed in attorney.mobi yesterday, to be greeted by the following message:

------------------------ATTENTION------------------------
THE DOMAIN NAME ATTORNEY.MOBI WAS AUCTIONED ILLEGALLY BY SEDO. WE HAVE INFORMED SEDO ABOUT THIS.
THE AUCTION IS UNDER QUESTION & CORRESPONDANCES ARE GOING ON WITH SEDO.
WE ARE NO WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT AUCTION!

------------------------ATTENTION------------------------

It may not have made over $20k after all.

I couldn't find a trademark for Attorney, I don't think it would be allowed anyway.

Maybe the seller was illegally bidding on their own domain, or they didn't actually own the domain.
Who knows!!!???
