Domain Names with Traffic Stats RULES

SELLER RULES

1. Membership Posting limits

Free Members up to 2 active Marketplace threads at a time
Supporters up to 4 active Marketplace threads at a time
Business Members up to 6 active Marketplace threads at a time

An "active" thread is defined as any marketplace sales thread that you wish to keep open and visible to marketplace visitors. You can keep your thread active by adding a reply yourself before the 30 day period. UPGRADE YOUR ACCOUNT

2. All listings in US$. For NP$ sales please use this section: http://www.namepros.com/namebucks-np...-and-auctions/

3. Please list registrar and expiration date for ALL domains posted for sale. (If expiring in 60 days or less.)

4. Links to screen shots of Traffic and/or Revenue must be provided if you are claiming either with regard to ANY name in your sale.

5. NO PayPal fees may be charged to buyers! Per PayPal's TOS, sellers may NOT charge buyers fees for using PayPal, therefore it is not permitted on NamePros transactions.

6. Only one "bump" is allowed every 24 hours. "Still available"....and the like are considered bumps. Threads that bump in less than 24 hours are unfair to other members and will be deleted.

7. Post the Domain names you are selling in your sales thread.

8. No external links.

9. No "see my sig" posts

10. No Stealth posts "PM me for the name" type posts..Domain names must be posted.

11. Any post containing any Adult language names will be deleted.

12. No Cross posting no copying/partial copying of sales between the sales forums.

13. Consolidate multiple domains for auction into one (1) auction thread for convenience and courtesy. The continued growth of our community makes this necessary to keep things running smoothly for EVERYONE.

14. Posted threads will remain valid for seven days following the thread starter's most recent post in the thread, unless specified otherwise by the thread starter.

15. NO hidden fees of any type, transfers (etc.) Please make it clear if any special conditions or charges are necessary due to registrar policies.

16. Screenshots and a minimum offer/BIN are required. Your thread will be deleted if you do not include any screenshots within your thread.

3. If you post SOLD for any name in any thread, it is considered binding.

Infraction points could be awarded or sales voided at the discretion of the moderators as required to ensure smooth functioning of the marketplace.
