How to seek customer support at Flippa.com?

The customer support of flippa.com is the worst I have ever met since I get online dozen years ago, I paid $29 for listing one of my domain to be listed to auction, and I am stuck with the final step which says "We have not been able to collect whois information about your listing yet. Try again in a few minutes." And it has been almost a week that I am still unable to solve this problem.

My domain folks.tv regged with enomcentral.com and the whois email is easy to get and verify, I don't know why flippa.com just can not check my whois email?This domain is using sedoparking.com now.

So I wrote customer support to ask for their help, and I met the most lousy support never happened before.

My English is poor so I won't describe the details here, I have never made any complaint here or any other public forum but this is the first time I do so. In short, the customer support was not helping at all, he just gave me his useless words such as "From what I can see everything looks in order, you just need to finish the listing process -" and then, without my response "Your request (#109710) has been deemed solved." WTH is the customer support? They just leave my question there and closed my support tickets.


Is there any representative of flippa.com here?

I will never use flippa.com again and surely will tell anyone I know not to, I own a Chinese domain forum which is the biggest domaining forum in Taiwan, I have posted the same thing there and I will keep reminding my member all the time. Just thanks their cheap customer support.

Sorry for making complaint here, maybe it is just my personal experience, but I strongly feel flippa.com is not nice to me . maybe they just don't care losing a customer.

You got trouble, I believe that it will happen on others too -
Don't waste your money on the company who not pay thier respect to thier customer.

My poor English is not good enough to have a phone conversation so it is not my option.

But finally they just solved my problem after my second help request.

But I will not use their service any more , I just go back to use free listing services like sedo or afternic.com.
