Snapnames Auction Question

I've backordered a domain that expired a few hours ago, snapnames acquired it, and now the auction has started and it will take 2 days. Currently i am bidding against a single bidder. What i want to know is, can another bidder show up in the auction after the domain was acquired or it's just me and the other bidder?
Thanks!

If its an expired domain then nobody else can join in once the auction has started...it's just you two :kickass:

You're right! I'm bidding against halvarez. What the deal with halvarez ? :)

Well halvarez is a snapnames legend :guilty: - he tends to sneak in a lot of auctions, but from my experience he's idle most of the time.

Maybe he's a bidding bot from Snapnames.

If you are unaware of the "style" of the auction, you can also do a search on SnapNames for the specific domain. If the domain name shows up as In Auction, that means anybody can bid and it's basically a Public Auction.

Expired domain auctions (PendingDelete Drops) with pre-bids are the only auctions that go Private and no other bidders are allowed in after the cut off time before the auction starts.

Partner expired domains go In Auction after the auction starts which allows anybody to bid.

Member Listed domain are always In Auction and anybody can bid.

Expired domains with No Backorders, act as a member listed domain and are In Auction from the time the auction starts. These are basically domain names that SnapNames grabs during the PendingDelete drop and they list them for sale on SnapNames. If they do not sell, SnapNames keep the domains.
