I'm looking for a quality .com domain for a reserved legal project with my partner. I have another domain HelpYou.com which works great for this niche but since there are some nice offers came in, I prefer to find another short and decent name to replace it. I have contacted many domain owners but so far this one is in the most reasonable price range so I decide to take it (it also comes with useful typein traffic)

And I missed it finally.

I'm glad you feel better (the icey cold beer helps (21+)), but - humbly - I believe you (or the beer) actually saved yourself on this one, IMHO. :yell:

Unsure, for me maybe it's the whole "past tense" thing ... though still a good domain name! :gl:

Yeah, its always the beer. I hear it all the time! By the way, Sued.com is a nice LLLL which is also a great keyword. I could see why you are upset.

but don't beat yourself up though for it, it's an ok/good buy - not a big steal or anything.
and besides, if you wanted that sued.com domain that's related....buy, for example, suecenter, sueworld, etc. instead - save money, and still have a pretty strong case.


yes, a single dot com looks good - but it's definitley not everything, or nowhere near that by itself.

it still requires the same amount of effort to push and promote a concept

i can't tell you how much you loose or won because you don't get this domain but i can tell you my generally opinion:

don't be frustrated...today,tomorrow or day after you will get your domain
or maybe you will get a chance to get a domain that is much better then the domain that you don't get,this is not the first and last domain that you will not get but therefore you will have many chances to get a other domain in future days and to be not frustrated:
be positive,think positive...today or tomorrow is a new day to get your domain...look at a lighter side:you have drink beer and i propose that you whas with your wife and that's also very good thinks,positive thinks...
example: if i must choose between beer(i don't drink beer but some juice will be also good) and a day with my wife and on the other side:a domain,well:
i take the beer and day with wife

don't let that domains controls you(and your life)...you must take the control over the domains

think positive and positive thinks will happen(sooner or later)

Mate....I was the bloke that posted the $7k bid that "won" that auction....They even confirmed it to me (and, it still shows in my Snapnames account as a name I won!!)

Then, I watched the buggers suddenly declare there'd been another, earlier bid for $8k (yours?) - and, I watched them invalidate my 'winning' bid...and start bidding again....!!....I let it go, then....


I'll share that cold beer with you....
