I think they are some noob who thinks Toyota will buy the domain from them and so in the meantime they will put up this site so they dont loose the domain because of the TM.

If Toyota wanted it they would have bought it during sunrise. If they want it now they can just take it.


In the past ICANN has stated/ruled that anyone that sells a TM name or even just owned and gave away could be held liable. ( I'm going from memory not a specific case). So wouldn't he contract was awarded to MEn, Afilias Limited, GoDaddy.com, Inc., and ME-net d.o.o. all be liable for damages for participating in sellling/auctioning off known TM's??
