Bump.

The problem on this domain name is simple. Its a .net. I always go to the .com to see what it is currently setup as. Right now its a parked domain name. That means if I was choosing between domain names, I do have the option of the .com.

That being said, if we were talking .com - I think we would have some value. Perhaps in the higher XXX to low X,XXX realm. With the .net we are looking at low XX or possibly upwards of XXX if you have a buyer who wants the name but cant afford the .com.

That being said - the best "how much" response you got is from a company that has an active presence on a single domain name for 12 years. Strategically it would be a mistake to change to your .net and spend the time/money involved in that process when another company could potentially come in and sweep the .com right on up.

I think its going to be a tough sale - but let us know what happens!
