2) no PR, no Alexa rank, and this is domain not website appraisal
3) dhufwfghfrefuyjerf.com can be pushed by SEO too, which does not make it valuable

The name is not a 5 year name, it dropped this month and been reset. Some domainer guy tried a wordpess site on it in 2007, big deal. I said that your domainer buddys looking to resell it to an enduser would value it in the 0-regfee level. Thats my opinion. Goodluck

People, before you jump and appraise.
Do see the blog first.
See the domain is being used right now.

But, the OP has to know this.....

This is for DOMAIN appraisal, not site appraisal or reviews.

So first, the domain is not worth much.
That is for the DOMAIN, not the site!

Second, anyone can build a site on any domain.
So having a site on a zip domain does not increase the value much, if at all.

These are usually quick and easy domain only appraisals and since it's done free I would not devote time doing research such as reg dates, current use, keyword stats, ppc value and developed site valuation. If it has a site you should say so and include traffic stats, page rank, etc and value may be added that way but more difficult to easily appraise and you would likely get fewer replies.

Congratulations on your site. I will change my valuation if you are earning revenue or driving large amounts of SEO traffic to the site.

Please remember this is a section for domain appraisals, not site appraisals.

You are right, if someone wants to give an appraisal, should find the time to make a quick research. No one is forced to appraise a domain.
Giving bad appraisals will influence the sale.
I like the idea how you developed the domain. Pregnancy period is stressful. Future mothers always search for information. Your blog can become a good one if it is managed properly.
I'd say low $xx for your domain.
