domain XXXSHOW.INFO (I have just won)

It certainly has potential. I'm a little sceptical about .info's in general as your average user is not likely to type that in.

I would think you coud mid $xx for it.

XXXSHOW.INFO has a lot more potential IMO than only mid $xx. Probably up to mid-high $XXX maybe even $low-mid $XXXX... I think lower value a little because of the extension although .info's are getting more popular. But then again, it's not about the appraisals you receive, but in the end what it actually sells for

Actually I love .info because the average user IS likely to type in INFO as part of their search as in "big dogs info" or "cake recipes info". As such, it's a side bonus that the ext is also a keyword.

As for xxxshow, I think it has potential, particularly as a portal for cams.. low xxx - mid xxx IMO

It's a decent .info but not worth more than $100 without any website. .info's just don't sell that well unless it is really wanted or has something more to it. I say this as someone who has hundreds of infos in his portfolio. They will pick up in time I am sure. And yes, most of the traffic to parked .info's seems to come from western europe presently.

As I see that SexyShow.biz has been valued by GD for $7500 (and the real price to sell will be about $4000). So I am quite confident that XXXSHOW.INFO must has a certain value.

If you're talking about GreatDomains (GD), don't get too excited until you see it sell.. I had them evaluate and list some of my .cc's and never got a nibble!

Personally, I think xxxshow is better than sexyshow

Keyword doesnt seem all that popular and as far as I'm concerned it doesnt work well as a .info or adult industry domain. I dont think I've ever heard of or seen a popular adult site using a .info.

I also agree with the above post, simply because a name is listed at GD for such and such an amount doesnt mean much, I also dont see how you can compare 2 domains with different keywords and ext.

I'd say very little wholesale value, sure you could get lucky and find an end user but then again they would more likely go after a .com rather then .info

I guess I'm thinking about the 70's when every adult book store had a sign in the window that read "Peep XXX Show"... On the other hand, there are 198,000 Google for "XXX show" in quotes and 212 for "xxx show info" in quotes.

As a portal for people looking XXX Cam Shows, it'd be great IMO.. not to mention pointing visitors to XXX Videos and the like.

Agree with this pri$e appraisal generally, not a bad name at all even with the dot.info, many of which are bringing nice prices.
I'd go a little further and mention, to use the ending appropriately, doing a little work to dev into an info or review site on adult films. You don't have to make it huge and comprehensive, just scoop some sponsored listings for other sites that do reviews or ratings, do a couple yourself here and there to add a personal rather than industrial look to the site, etc, and get some traffic coming in and some ppc revenue;
Then you'll receive higher appraisals here and a much better chance at selling the name, since you've spelled out the use of the site to any potential end users. Info about XXX shows is the name, and if that's the content of your site too then it's a no-brainer to sell decently.

I'm not sure as to the value but I would suggest you post it in one of the German domain forums, I think alot of germans quite like the .info ext and I know they like xxx ! :lol:

That sounds like a good plan, but if it were mine I'd develop and use CashClicks as the affiliate.. they pay $40 to $80 a signup.

You are going to have trouble selling it, hands down.

I owned XXXFast.net, XXXPlus.net, XXXStop.net, and SexFast.net. I promoted the domains on SitePoint's Marketplace, placed them on eBay, and even posted them on NamePros countless times. I received not a single offer, received a high bid for the package of domains of $12.60 over a seven-day period, and ended up selling all four in a package of 25 domains for $75.

Unless somebody comes to you wanting the domain, it will take a while to sell.. That's my two cents.

No offense, but I don't think you can compare those domains to this one..
