I like this domain name a lot! Doing a keyword search, the keyword "rooms" is searched a LOT (along with other keywords). This is great for SEO and such. This domain name is worth, in my opinion, at LEAST mid $x,xxx. Of course, to the right buyer you can get more. I'd wait until you get the best offer for it
