The function is working better than the design. Header looks a little simple, maybe try using an image for the whole banner (in the background). The content in some of your boxes is also "squashed" up agaist the edge, try adding some cellpadding to give it abit of space.

I'm with Harro, the content works better than the design. I think you should use less tables and make the front page less crowded. It's very overwhelming to the visitor when they get loads of text thrown at them from the get go. Makes it hard to navigate and keep track. Content is great though..

Hey,

It doesnt look bad but the bold text kinda ruins the image, IMHO.

The website is too busy and annoys me. Im sure the site has good info but the large text and bad design draw away from it

Not bad, however, try not to use alot of different fonts, big font sizes and one last thing, dont use bold text for your main content :D

very nice, but like everone has said, it is a bit croweded, and the font on the start page is larger than on the rest of the site

also, there is a space at the top of the page(is it meant to be there?), and just above the header, the black bit, with 7 bits on the left and one big one, i think it should just be one big one
very informative site so far though, with a few tweaks, it should be a great site :D

High functionablility, but doesn't look like the type of site I would use often, because it's not very easy on the eyes. Maybe use some softer fonts?

I can't beleive no one said rollovers.

Is it only me that thinks rollover links are one of the absolute top most needed features?

Oh yeah, Neat site. I like how at the top left of the top bar, its almost like a shrunken image of your navbar, but without any links.

Also I think the active page color for the link should be something other than white because it makes the home page look off center or something. Not that big of a deal once it went into my brain that it was all centered.
