Not "any" .tld, just the 6 they offer.
Also:
One special offer purchase a week only
We offer a great deal for people who are new to the Web or want to build a new Web site. We do not specifically cater for those who wish to register domains in bulk. If you wish to register multiple domains, the team at Globat.com will be happy to work out a deal with you directly, or you may purchase them for 2 years or more each at our regular price.

And just FWIW,

THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND INTERPRETED AND ENFORCED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF PROVINCE OF ONTARIO AND THE FEDERAL LAWS OF CANADA APPLICABLE THEREIN WITHOUT REFERENCE TO RULES GOVERNING CHOICE OF LAWS. ANY ACTION RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT MUST BE BROUGHT IN ONTARIO AND YOU IRREVOCABLY CONSENT TO THE JURISDICTION OF SUCH COURTS.

And...

Saw the "teens" forum below, thought the above might be of interest.

As per their terms, no other fees required.
However, they do seem to be new and I'm not a big fan of their TOS anyway.
If you register something, don't grow too attached to it and transfer it out or sell it after the 60 days ;)

I am always hestiate to try new registrars, if it were for a domain name that you know you will be using/selling, I would go with another registrar.

As much as I dislike the 1and1 interface and push policy, I'd go there for $5.99 before I'd try this one.. in any case, remember, you usually get what you pay for.

If you need to go cheap go with yahoo. Never heard of these people before. It is better to go with the reputable companies.

Yes, and be careful of lose leader tactics. They will take this opportunity to spam you with webhosting services every week. And if you complain, they will innocently say "Well, I did sell you the name below cost..."
