It's nothing much really. What it does more than anything is shut down the use of "pseudo registrars" launching on a regular domain and pretending to be something that they're not. I'm sure that this has an impact on WEB.TV also.
I'd say nothing much to see here. Has ZERO impact on LL.TV in general. Probably has an impact on the value of CO.TV in particular - if however it was changed to be Cricket Online or something you can probably appeal to Google to get it changed (I don't know this

)Yeah its true, google killed .co.tv last week - it makes no difference to any other domains *.tv whatsoever, except I guess the slight bonus of no longer having .tv names and brands diluted or competing with them in serps.
