I think the first. Whit reverse colors. Celestial for violet and vice versa.

2, 3, and 5 for me.. 2 colors is much better for a logo..

If the company is going to have only online presence, go for anything that suits aesthetics..
But if the company plans to have the logo in printed materials and banners etc, then go for color combinations that are visible from some distance. Light blue and light green is invisible.

In that respect I would recommend 2 and 6. And 6 is better since you can read the logo clearly from a distance.

In 2, you have the drawback that the words (in reddish shade) and the graphics (the boxes on right side making the arrow) are all same color and confuses

I like colors of # 5,
maybe shade/gloss the squares on the end, dark grey with black on one square for example ?

Black and combination though it is old tradition of using color. But I still like this combination you may use it. Another combination is great white and blue. You better avoid yellow and pink because this two is girlish color.

I really like the 4th and 5th ones :D They are awesome! The first one is alright, but a little too flashy for me
