You think so? You see I used them once before and they do brings hits to your site, I watched the hits climb considerabily, they were all unique hits as well, however, the amount of clicks per hits was almost 0, which makes me wonder about it thats all, I need a proper research on it, because doing a quick google search I found nothing mentioning it as a scam, and although looking at the page for a half a second (I must admit) does play as a scam and the fact they tell you to only look at there counter and not trust the sites counter is another clue that something is fishy, they do seem to give you something for what you pay them.
I'll give $5 by paypal to someone who gives a proper research on the site, (half page-one page), negative or positive findings.
