Chat is very reliable and they respond within minutes. They oftentimes have to "send to their tech or mktg team" if the request is anything but rudimentary. nevertheless, they are incredibly responsive at all times of the day or night

Agree, CamelCase is very helpful. Afternic allows it (so long as you initially import your names with it). NameBright allows it as well (and you can modify even after import). Would be a nice addition to Dynadot
