No need for a Paypal dispute
The NP$ are taken from the seller at initiation of his transaction...and put in somewhere till
he acknowledges the paypal payment then the NP's will be released to you...

He's got a good track record and he's been around for a while, be patient.

How long has it been?

it's been 1 day. I need the NP$ ASAP. I'll do a dispute tomorrow if the NP$ are not received.

I have contacted him. It is now another day and still no NP. I have now 0 NP left and I need the NP I paid for now. What is happening!

The member has not logged into Namepros for the last couple of days but I am sure as soon as they do, they will confirm and the nps will be released into your account..

I think it's time to call the cops, foul play is obviously at work!

Well if I knew it would take this long to receive the NP I wouldn't of done it. Paypal dispute is coming today for him. He has 6 hours!

Hope this helps but.. members list nps for sale days sometimes weeks before they get buyers. The member whom you purchased from may have listed those days, weeks maybe months before.. Not saying the nps are not there just saying he was not sitting waiting to sell like you was sitting waiting once bought.

I have said before .. It could help if you look down the list in the bank to see *whom is online* at the time of sale as you have more chance of a quick complete.

I think your over reacting a bit here, he simply hasn't logged in to complete it, he's not running a business on selling NP$ so there's no reason for him to check back every hour to see if there sold or not. Its not guaranteed that you will get your NP$ the day that you paid anyway, its just unfortunate that you dont know how online market places work.

He may be on holiday or anything.. He does not know yet you have purchased them and I am sure as soon as he does, will complete..

Well I was assuming since your saying someone scammed you when they haven't logged online for a few days that your inexperienced in online markets and how they work, sorry for assuming wrong.

Personally I wouldn't be very happy if someone had given me negative feedback and filed a paypal dispute against me maybe because I had been on holiday, myself or another family member was ill or idd simply i have been to busy to get online, these are a number of reasons why someone may not be able to complete the transaction within a few days or maybe even a week or two.

As for how market sites go they all have the basic foundations, and unless you have the persons phone number or know them in real life then you could be waiting between 10 minutes or a month for any product you have bought. You don't know this persons life seclude he could be running his own company and therefore be a very busy person. You just may want to take all of this into account and try to be more understanding of the persons situation, after a few days you should of PM'd him if he didn't reply then after a week you should of posted this thread. Not what looks like a few hours after you have bought it, hopefully you can take this into consideration if you decide to buy more NP$ in future.

And neither did he advertise instant delivery for you to assume so. If you wanted them so urgently or have particular needs you should have pm'd him before making a purchase.
